Deputy President, William Ruto sent his condolences to the family of Former State House Comptroller, Abraham Kiptanui.

The Deputy Head of State termed Kiptanui as an “illustrious and hardworking public servant.”

We are saddened by the loss of an illustrious and hardworking public servant. Abraham Kiptanui, the former Statehouse Comptroller, humbly served the country with dedication.

He was a cause-driven and tireless administrator.

Baringo Senator, Gideon Moi, also mourned Kiptanui and assured his family of “support and prayers during this trying moment.”

I have learnt with deep sorrow the death of Mr. Abraham Kiptanui who served for many years as the comptroller of State House.

l wish to express my heartfelt condolences to the family for the painful loss and assure them of my support and prayers during this trying moment.

Despite political differences between the two leaders, they joined hands in mourning Abraham Kiptanui.
