NEW DETAILS OF DP RUTO’S IMPEACHMENT EMERGES

Deputy President William Ruto will today meet with more than 250 Members of Parliament and Senators allied to his Tanga tanga brigade whose main agenda will be discussing and strategizing their way forward as far as the building bridges initiative is concerned. Ruto who has already declared his stunt on BBI stated that the initiative seeks to get some few individuals jobs in government and not addressing issues affecting the local mwanainchi. Ruto completed his three- day tour in the coastal region where he drummed up support for his hustler narrative ahead of the 2022 general elections where he will be contesting in the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The Ruling Jubilee party might be in a move to impeach the embattled deputy president who according to them he has gone against the party rules besides disrespecting and going against the party leader Uhuru Kenyatta. ANC’ s Musalia Mudavadi had threatened to move a motion to impeach the deputy president, a trajectory that was rubbished by the tanga tanga brigade laughing them off that they don’ t have the number’ s to do so but that could change if the Kieleweke side of Jubilee and Raila’ s ODM team up with them. Siaya was the first County to approve the BBI report as other counties will be meeting this week to deliberate and vote. The BBI report needs to atleast meet the threshold of 24 counties so that it can now be discussed in parliament before being taken to the electorate to decide.

The Members of the County Assembly had initially requested a car grant, pensions, and facilitation money from the President Uhuru Kenyatta who was in a four- day tour of the Mt. Kenya region and Raila Odinga who met with MCA’ s elected under the orange ticket so as to pass the BBI report.
