A poll conducted by Tuko News on their social media asked Kenyans about who they prefer as their next President come 2022.

So far there has been three candidates who have shown interest for the post of Head of State. These are Deputy President William Ruto, Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi and former UNCTAD Secretary-General Mukhisa Kituyi.

DP Ruto has been active in the political scene doing rallies countrywide with most recently visiting Burma market.

Musalia has however received a major boost when he received an endorsement from President Uhuru Kenyatta while Dr Kituyi announced he will be vying but hasn’t done much.

The tabloid paired former Deputy Prime Minister Musalia with Tangatanga leader Ruto. The former got 72.7% against Musalia’s 15%.

Most Kenyans felt Ruto is very aggressive and charismatic compared to his counterpart when it comes to doing campaign and wooing voters.

Others felt that the former Presidential candidate would make a better leader only if he gets full support from veteran politicians on matters of administration during his term.

Meanwhile ODM leader Raila Odinga landed in Lodwar Town For a Three-day Tour In Turkana county with aim to solidify The region in his favour come 2022. After touch Down the Enigma was received by CS Munyes as He commenced his Visit

Raila was accompanied by his Confidant Junet Mohammed as He made inroads in Turkana. The objective of this Tour is Primarily to drum support For Building Bridges initiative that enters crucial phase where county Assemblies have been mandated either to pass or reject. Au special envoy is optimistic that at end Of February more than 24 counties will have passed the Bill paving way For the Referendum.
