POPULAR POLITICIAN DIES IN A FATAL ACCIDENT

It is a sad day for Bomet county who have been thrown into mourning after the sudden death of a famous politician and a 2022 aspirant this morning. Felix Kipyegon Korir died after he was involved in a nasty accident at his ward while driving.

Kipyegon who was driving at the time of accident was in a company of two other people, he is said to have lost control of the car at Aonet Mugango where it sweered off the road badly injuring the others and him with one of his friends unfortunately died on the spot. They were all rushed to Tenwek mission hospital.

The other people are said to be stable and are still admitted at the facility undergoing medication with neck injuries.

The Singorwet ward 2022 hopeful candidate has been mourned as a focused leader who had the heart of locals at heart. His involvement with grassroot problems whenever there’ s any was notable of him and he was loved for that.

He was instrumental in the 2017 gubernatorial campaign where the late Joyce Laboso was battling out with former governor Isaac Ruto. He has been remembered as was a ground mobilizer in his ward that saw Laboso win the votes.

Legends never die by the rest in power. So saddened to announce the dead of our hero, a leader and politician, aspiring MCA singorwet ward Felix Kipyegon Korir after he was involved in accident last night. Locals took to Facebook to mourn him.

” It’ s unbelievable that you’ re no More my brother. . . Death is cruel. . May your soul rest in eternal peace Felix it’ s so sad aky! ! Mutyo mising sir. . , ” Gilbert Kipkemoi one of his friends said.

His body is at Tenwek mission hospital morgue as burial arrangements progresses. He leaves behind a young family.

His family is yet to communicate officially the date of his burial. Jubilee has lost a great man during this time of political turbulence. May his soul RIP
