KPLC ANNOUNCES A LONG ELECTRICITY BLACKOUT ON MONDAY 25TH IN THESE AREAS.

According to the rule 27 of the Electric power rule Kenya Power and Lighting Company should inform the public about any kind of power outage.

Kenya Power company therefore, announced areas that will experience a power blackout.

Power supply is usually interrupted periodically to facilitate maintenance and upgrade of power lines to the network.

The company can also interrupt the supply in order to connect new customers or to replace power lines during road construction.

KPLC will interrupt the supply of electricity in the following areas:
