ANGRY MIKE SONKO INSULTS PRESIDENT UHURU

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko seems not to be in good terms with the President after his Impeachment as Nairobi City Governor. Miko Sonko who assumed the office of Nairobi Governor in 2017 after defeating the former and first Governor Evans Kidero found himself in hot soup in December 2020 after Members of Nairobi County Assemble impeached him on accounts of violation of office.

The Impeachment motion was later on forwarded to the Senate where a majority of senators voted in favor of Mike Sonko’s impeachment.

Since then, Sonko has been terming the president as his number one inferior with the fact that he believes the ‘deep state’ is the one which ignited his Impeachment.

According to a post made by Citizen TV Chief Justice David Maraga suggested that the President should be impeached. Mike Sonko reacted to the post where he took a screenshot to his official Twitter account terming the President and Mlevi.

After few minutes of discovering that he might have committed an offence, Mike Sonko pulled down the post and rewrote by saying that “This is the right guy to be impeached”
