EX- MP APPOINTED AS DEPUTY GOVERNOR

A former Member of parliament has been appointed as the deputy governor in Nyamira county.

MP James Gesami a former West Mugirango MP has been appointed as Nyamira Deputy Governor by the new governor Amos Nyaribo who was sworn in few days ago.

According to the released statement the governor also unveiled his cabinet members.

The statement from the governor’s office was dated on Wednesday January 6th.

Amos was sworn in days after Nyimira governor died.

The newly appointed DG is also a trained doctor from the University of Nairobi.
