DESPERATE ATWOLI BEGS PEOPLE TO OPPOSE BBI

Atwoli is similar to Trump in character and temperament. Nothing feeds his ego like addressing a mammoth crowd. Their narcissism is at toxic levels. The two love engaging in a duel where odds favour them. They so well embody the saying, ‘When a coward meets someone he can beat he gets hungry for a fight.’

With Raila and Uhuru in a newfound friendship, it was evident they could pass any reforms they want in Kenya. They have numbers both in parliament and among the constituents. It is for this reason that Atwoli dreamt about defeating Ruto in the BBI referendum. He became angry for a fight and when it became evident Ruto won’t put a spirited fight against BBI he went beserk.

Atwoli is now desperate for people to oppose BBI. He needs an opponent. He needs an agenda for his extravagant Isinya political meetings. Atwoli is desperate for someone to attack to a point of begging people to oppose BBI.

“Politicians must make up their minds because you are either with us or against us. Kenyans have made up their minds and they are serious about an amendment to the Constitution,” Atwoli said.

The Cotu leader was speaking yesterday in Kisumu during a forum held by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) at the Tom Mboya Labour College made it clear he does not fancy uncontested referendum. It is ironical because the slogan for BBI is to bring unity.

“The only avenue that will ensures peaceful national coexistence is a new law that addresses issues that have been affecting the country,” Atwoli said. This was contradictory to his desires of a contested BBI.

With Ruto seemingly supporting BBI, Kieleweke leaders might need to sit down and strategize a new plan to dim Ruto’s popularity. What Ruto has done is cruel to Sifuna, Junet, Atwoli and company. He has destroyed months of planning and fantasy by supporting BBI.
