State house Kenya today has announced death of a staff member who passed today on 25th November 2020.

According to an official statement from the State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena Eustace Nyaga Rewa succumbed after a short illness.

The president has send a message of condolence to the bereaved family following the sad news of the passing of Eustace.

“The President described him as a devoted and seasoned public servant whose service will be greatly missed,” the statement from State House read.

The death of Eustace has hit the family hard. It is only a few days ago that they laid to rest their mother Agnes Ithima M’rewa.

In his message of comfort to the family and staff of St John Ambulance, the President described the departed humanitarian worker as an exceptional leader whose service to the nation over the years helped save the lives of many Kenyans.

“Ruturi has been one of the great Kenyans whose selfless service to mankind has saved the lives of many through the St John Ambulance service,” President Kenyatta said.

Uhuru said it was unfortunate that Ruturi had died at a time when his service was highly required considering the health challenges posed by the Covid-19 health crisis.

On November 17, Presidential Escort Unit officer Edward Saruni Legei passed on in Nairobi while undergoing treatment for Covid-19.
