GOOD NEWS FOR BABU OWINO

Felix Orinda popularly known as DJ Evolve now wants to withdraw the case against Babu Owino.

Babu Owino was accused of attempting to kill DJ Evolve by shooting him on the neck. A case which drew people’s attention.

DJ Evolve said that they agreed as a family to withdraw the case because they want to concentrate on his health.

On a letter through the lawyers, DJ Evolve mentioned that the case has affecting his healing process.

The DPP, however, requested for more time to assess the mental status of the DJ and also investigate why the family has decided to drop the case.

The DPP mentioned that the application for more time was done because of their interest to protect DJ Evolve.

SPM Benard Ochoi granted the DPP time and asked them to appear in court on November 9.
