MUSALIA MUDAVADI ATTACKS DP RUTO

Musalia is keen to ensure that the Deputy President does not benefit from the hustler fever that’s sweeping the nation. In a rare show of mettle, Musalia Mudavadi did not mince his words as he attacked the deputy president.

Musalia started by reminding the ACK congregation that he was once a Vice President and so he’s speaking from a point of authority. He told the faithfuls that Ruto is living a comfortable life at the expense of poor Kenyans. He even asked the congregation ‘nani mjinga kati ya Ruto na nyinyi?’

Musalia Mudavadi said that the government through our taxes pays for Ruto’s: rent, salary, security, cars, fuel, phone, electricity and water bills. He said Ruto was being hypocritical by enjoying all perks that his office brings yet castigate the same government he’s working for.

Musalia Mudavadi told Ruto if he thinks that the President is not performing he should resign. He should not insubordinate the president yet still remain on the government so he can enjoy the benefits of being a vice president.

Musalia called Ruto a pretender for faking that he cares for the hustler nation yet he is the cause of all the problems that are facing Kenyans.

Musalia dropped out of university at the age of 28 years in 1989 to be an MP after Sabatia Constituency seat fell vacant following the demise of his father Moses Mudavadi.

He would go on to become the youngest minister in history of Kenya when Moi made him minister for Supplies and Marketing in 1989. At the mere age of 33 years he became the country’s minister of finance. The Goldenberg Scandal happened when he was the minister.

When Prof George Saitoti left KANU, Musalia Mudavadi became Vice President of Kenya for only two months making him the shortest serving vice president in Kenya. He would go on to lose his parliamentary seat in the 2002 elections.
