Stop wondering why am explaining old profession much, as I was reading the works of Donald Reagan, I found out that his famous saying was that,” Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession, I have come to realize it bears close resemblance to the oldest profession.” The great man noticed plethora similarities between prostitution and politics, any Kenyan hitherto, who is not blinded by German tomatoes knows very well that our top trends are politicians, and Slayqeens (advanced prostitutes).
The Kenyan new crop of politicians just as prostitute have realized that it’s a question of how many people knows you, how many people discuss you,how many people makes meme about you,how many people make funny clips about you that gives you more customers.

On a certain article written by a luo comedian Adede Derep Ruoth, states that in his conversation with a lady who was practicing oldest profession, the new ladies who appear innocent and young could stand the entire night without getting customers while those in the field could barely relax, that’s an evidence that those who are very bad morally and are known widely in their field are the most marketable. It’s crystal clear that being good is not duck soup, and trending for politicians is compulsory if you have ambitions, that’s why you will see Babu Owino calling the president son of a bitch, shooting dj openly and his chances of winning positions increases by the day. Oooh, let me pass my congratulations to Felix Odiwur, radio personality known as Jalang’o for his victory this 2022 in langata constituency. Albeit we only hear this from the grapevine,but where there is smoke fire must be. This is guy who is trending much on this week, he is the most followed comedian on Twitter in Kenya. Is it not senior politician Will Rodgers who said that everything changing, people taking their comedians serious and politicians as a joke? Din’t his words become true when the world was shocked last year when Ukraine comedian Volodymyr Zelensky trounced the incumbent President ? That makes Jalang’os victory as small as cats forehead when miracles are being mentioned.

What must raise eyebrows is that these people are trending mostly on ungodly activities and they become more suitable for Kenyan voter, after various scandals on Waiguru I was as sure as death that she will be the governor and she is!
This morning, Jalang’o is trending for promiscuity and he shall win, this morning again, Babu Owino is trending for shooting a DJ and he shall win.

Before I give my thoughts why the electorates not making the right decision, because we are destroying this nation,we must ask ourselves the destroyers , President Joseph Momoh from Sierra Leone said that a journalist with a pen on his hand is more dangerous than a policeman with AK 47,he or she can destroy or build. The Kenyan journalists are destroying! This again reminds me if great words of president Lyndon Johnson, ” if one morning I walked on top of the water, crossed the potamac river,the headline that afternoon would read that president can’t swim!”

On the Kenyan voters, we are suffering from a condition that is best described by medical term senile dementia, this is a condition characterized by a decrease in cognitive abilities or mental decline which includes a persons inability to concentrate, to recall information about someone and to properly judge people and judge situation. We need to start thinking, people should be reminded so that we elect leaders by the content of their characters and depth of their wisdom.
