Terence Creative Resigns as DCCAK Secretary General Months After Suspension

Kenyan comedian Terence Creative has announced his resignation as Secretary General of the Digital Content Creators Association of Kenya (DCCAK), months after the association says he was suspended from the position.

Terence announced his departure on Monday, November 2, 2026, through a statement shared on his social media platforms, saying his resignation took effect immediately.

In a letter addressed to the association’s chairperson and executive committee, the comedian thanked the organisation for giving him an opportunity to serve in the leadership role.

“I hereby tender my resignation as Secretary General of the Digital Content Creators Association of Kenya (DCCAK), effective immediately. Thank you for the opportunity to serve the Association,” he wrote.

Despite stepping down, Terence maintained that he remained committed to supporting creatives and promoting opportunities within Kenya’s digital content industry.

“My commitment to creative empowerment remains strong. I will continue supporting creators through skills development, mentorship and opportunities that promote sustainable livelihoods in Kenya’s creative economy,” he added.

Following Terence’s announcement, DCCAK issued a statement providing further details about his exit from the leadership position.

The association disclosed that the comedian had been suspended from his role on May 2, 2026, several months before he publicly announced his resignation.

DCCAK also revealed that Joan Wanjiku Waweru had been appointed acting Secretary General following his suspension.

The clarification added a new dimension to Terence’s announcement, which initially presented his departure as a voluntary decision to step away from the position.

Terence has built a name for himself in Kenya’s digital entertainment scene through comedy skits and characters inspired by everyday experiences.

He is particularly known for characters such as Kamami, which have helped him establish a substantial online following.

Beyond entertainment, his involvement in DCCAK placed him in a leadership role within an organisation seeking to advance the interests of digital content creators.

Crazy Victor: Comedian Takes TikTok by Storm with Funny Skits

A Kenyan TikTok creator known as Crazy Victor has quietly become one of the most talked-about faces on the platform, except nobody actually knows his face.

Crazy Victor is amassing followers on TikTok.

The comedian, who goes by @crazy_victo on TikTok, has built a following of more than 290,000 people using a face filter that completely obscures his identity, with many of his videos crossing the one million view mark.

His tagline, "radar bruh?", has become instantly recognisable among his fanbase, and the deliberate mystery around his appearance has only added to his appeal, with followers actively trying to unmask the creator even as the comedy keeps drawing them back.

Part of what has set Victor apart is his ability to pull established names into his skits.

In one recent video titled "How lovers rage bait the seller," comedian Njugush and a woman visit a fruit stall manned by Victor.

Every time Njugush reaches for his wallet to pay, he turns and dissolves into laughter with his companion, leaving Victor visibly fuming behind the stall.

The clip captures the kind of relatable, everyday frustration that resonates strongly with Kenyan audiences.

In another popular skit, Victor finds himself seated across from KRG during a job interview.

The moment Victor walks in carrying flowers for the interviewer, KRG questions the odd gesture.

Victor's response — "I don't even know what the job is" — sets the tone for an interview that goes spectacularly off the rails. When pushed on his qualifications, Victor deadpans:

The combination of high-profile collaborations, consistent viral output and an anonymous persona has carved out a genuinely unique space for Victor in Kenyan digital comedy.

Whether or not fans ever unmask the creator behind the filter, the content itself appears to be more than enough to keep them coming back.
