The Kitui Member of County Assembly (MCA) Cyrus Kisavi Musyoka has been charged again with stealing phones worth Ksh2,221,000.In the current charges, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has separately charged the MCA with theft of the phones that occurred within Nairobi County.
