KUTVET rejects plan to shift polytechnic trainers from PSC to individual councils

The Kenya Union of Technical and Vocational Education Trainers (KUTVET) has strongly opposed proposed changes to the human resource management structure of National Polytechnics, warning that the reforms could undermine trainers' job security, compromise the quality of technical education and increase the cost of learning.
