Twenty-one (21) drivers have been arrested following an interagency night compliance check along the Kakamega Mumias road.The operation observed several safety concerns such as driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid driving license, driving with an expired Public Service Vehicle badge ,vehicles operating with cracked windscreens, worn out tires, expired inspection certificates and insurance certificates and use of unprescribed registration plates .
