KRA Security Guard Charged Over Theft of Cigarettes Worth KSh22.7 Million in Eldoret Warehouse

A security guard attached to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in Eldoret has been charged with breaking into the authority’s warehouse and stealing more than 1.8 million sticks of uncustomed cigarettes valued at KSh22.7 million.The accused is alleged to have stolen 1,860,520 sticks of cigarettes worth KSh22,780,542.
